We make no representations or warranties about the quality, performance, or availability of the labor provided through the platform. It is the responsibility of the user to assess and select the service provider based on their own judgment.

User Account

To access certain features of the Helpro app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your account details confidential.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

A. Service Charges and Billing

The final bill generated for customers on Helpro includes the following components:

• Labor Service Charge: The cost associated with the labor service provided.
• Helpro Platform Fees: A facilitation fee for using Helpro’s platform.
• GST: Goods and Services Tax as applicable.

The bill reflects the total of these components. Helpro does not levy any subscription charges on customers.

B. Charges and Payment Terms

(i) Users are required to pay the total amount displayed on the bill, which includes all applicable charges as mentioned above.

(ii) All payments for services on the Helpro app must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). The app supports a variety of payment methods including:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• UPI
• Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

Payment options may vary depending on the service and location.

C. Taxes and Fees

All charges and fees are inclusive of applicable taxes. The detailed tax amount will be explicitly mentioned in the final bill.

D. Payment Processors

Payments made through third-party Payment Processors are subject to their terms and conditions. Helpro is not liable for any issues caused by these processors, including transaction failures or delays. Refunds or corrections for failed payments will follow the processor’s refund policies.

E. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Fee: If a service request is canceled before completion, a cancellation fee may apply as per Helpro’s policy.
